stuff and doing pretty well with it. When she entered her early teens, she reached a spot where she hit a vocal plateau. At that point, I knew she was ready for something bigger and better, more diffcult. She transitioned beautifully into the next level and has blasted forward ever since.” During the time of meeting Caves, Amber also experienced a pivotal point in her singing. She went through what her family lovingly calls – the Brittany Spears phase. When Amber was in the fourth grade, Brittany Spears was at the height of her career. Amber’s mom, Denise, remembers Brittany on television during one of her early appearances and Amber already knew most of her songs by heart. Amber actually had to tell her parents who the girl singing was. Amber’s classmates remember that she was everything Brittany. Callie, a friend

since kindergarten, tells about Amber talking about Brittany, dressing like Brittany, and even leaving after school one afternoon to attend a Brittany Spears concert. For most people, a phase like this can be typical. With Amber, it changed her way of thinking. Even though she was still young and new to the music scene, she knew from that time forward that she wanted to perform. With the support of her parents, Wesley and Denise, she began the focused journey of reaching that goal.

Caves took her under her wing and that is just where Amber needed to be. "Amber has a unique singing style. She reminds me of a cross between Taylor Swift, Miranda Lambert and Julianne Hough. Even though she has worked hard on her own style, her progress over the last few years has been phenomenal.

Ordinarily, it takes a voice student eight or ten years to develop vocally into the kind of singer that Amber has already mastered,” states Caves. “All along, we have discussed her "next step" and moving forward with pursuing her dream which has always been to be a star. I know in my heart that she will make it. She is going to be a strong performer in the industry and defnitely one to watch. It's not a matter of if; it is a matter of when. Amber's ability to sing any and everything is one of her vocal strengths. She can take a song and make it her own unique version. When she hits something diffcult in a song, she knows how to fx it to work for her. I am proud to be a part of her growth as a singer, frst as a voice teacher and now as her manager representing her in the business. I am blessed to have her!" Amber has hit a stride in her teen

Amber is the most talented girl that has come through the south.

Amber is a wonderful friend and a heck of a singer. We have performed in shows together throughout this past year and I’m glad we have had

that chance. She has had a wonderful year and I am

looking forward to another.”
