In the event of a second marriage, Emily simply states that the bride should not expect her family to throw her another extravagant wedding which would add fnancial strain. The cost should fall on the bride and groom. Long ago it would have been taboo for a bride to wear white for a second wedding, but today that is no longer the case. Brides can wear any color they prefer, but white is still expected and the most common color adorned on their day. These weddings may be indoors or out, large or small, but regardless – don’t cut corners on pictures.
